1. JUST YOU! (aka your birthday suit)

I probably shouldn’t list this as number 1 because it’s the one ‘outfit’ that is most terrifying for most women, but it’s by far my favourite (and will most likely be yours too!)

When we hear nude - we (or at least I do!) think spread eagle with everything exposed - but it’s so much more about the connection of you and your body at this time in your life, than any close up bits.

Promise me when I say that you’ll want these photos in 1, 5 or 20 years. You’ll look back at yourself and appreciate your strong, beautiful, uniquely YOU body and wonder why you were ever at war with her.

IN THE SHEETS

A variation of being fully nude, and one that’s just as good! This is by far a client favourite because it’s timeless and still showcases YOU without any ‘outfits’ that will go in or out of style. The best part of just the sheets? You can have the illusion of being fully naked without actually showing anything! Win/win for those that still want to get the imagination going without being exposed.

IN THE SHOWER

Okay, so if you’ve made it this far you’re probably like - Roz, how are these the best ideas for outfits for my boudoir session when none of these are lingerie?!

BECAUSE the best part of these empowering sessions is that it should be all about you! You don’t need to stress about outfits because your body is the thing that is going to stay with you forever, and will stand the test of time! The shower is a great ‘outfit’ idea because they are usually a little more high contrast and side lit, so they are a bit more anonymous - but they always deliver!

TEDDY (AKA BODYSUITS)

These are everyone’s favourite because they are easy to move in, have a lot of stretch, and can be super revealing or quite conservative. You can also find them almost anywhere, and they look good on everyone! Win/Win in my books!
